چکیده
ABSTRACT Introduction: The exercise of functional strength in a sprinter can play an essential performance gain to propulsion. Functional training significantly affect the sprinter, preventing injury and making better use physical training. sprint interval method has been widely recognized applied. Objective: This paper explores effect by on quality sprinters. Methods: uses random sampling select 30 male college sprinters as research subjects. volunteers were divided into two groups according 100-meter speed project: All data subjects who passed T-test without statistical difference P>0.05. Both perform daily was added experimental group start with full 12-week cycle. athletes measured before after experiment, measured, discussed statistically. Results: indicators showed significant differences, except for normal left supine position support test, unchanged presented intervention(P<0.01). After all statistically compared control (P<0.01). ball exercise, static jump, vertical jump improved Conclusion: improve sprinters’ body stability. also upward force transmission. conclusion is formulating plan designed Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.

Traditional versus functional strength training: effects on muscle strength and power in the elderly.
The aim was to determine whether strength training with machines vs. functional strength training at 80% of one-repetition maximum improves muscle strength and power among the elderly. Sixty-three subjects (69.9 ± 4.1 yr) were randomized to a high-power strength group (HPSG), a functional strength group (FSG), or a nonrandomized control group (CG). Data were collected using a force platform and...
متن کاملEffects of strength training on running economy.
The objective of this study was to compare the effect of different strength training protocols added to endurance training on running economy (RE). Sixteen well-trained runners (27.4 +/- 4.4 years; 62.7 +/- 4.3 kg; 166.1 +/- 5.0 cm), were randomized into two groups: explosive strength training (EST) (n = 9) and heavy weight strength training (HWT) (n = 7) group. They performed the following tes...
متن کاملInfluence of Eccentric Training on Non Dominant Hamstring Strength in Sprinters
Study focuses on muscle imbalance of non dominant hamstring with dominant hamstring muscle of lower limb, which is one of the predisposing factor for injury. Moreover the injury is likely to occur in the eccentric phase ,the strength imbalance can also hinder the performance. Thereby aim of study is to determine the influence of eccentric training on Non – Dominant Hamstring Strength in Sprinte...
متن کاملResistance training is medicine: effects of strength training on health.
Inactive adults experience a 3% to 8% loss of muscle mass per decade, accompanied by resting metabolic rate reduction and fat accumulation. Ten weeks of resistance training may increase lean weight by 1.4 kg, increase resting metabolic rate by 7%, and reduce fat weight by 1.8 kg. Benefits of resistance training include improved physical performance, movement control, walking speed, functional i...
متن کاملEffect of Functional Strength Training on Half-Mile Speed
Functional strength training may increase speed for runners who are slower to start with. For runners with a starting half-mile time of 300 seconds, adding the training had an average effect of increasing speed by 8.4 seconds. But for runners with a starting time of 180 seconds, the change was not statistically significant. However, the training protocols in this study were not well-defined, so...
